Haha thats funny way of putting it. The Euro has become way more valuble than the dollar. I guess now it takes two and a half dollars to even equal one Euro, which is ridiculous. This is very good for the Europeans, but not so good for Americans wanting to vist somewhere in Europe.
This is an interesting picture that depicts the euro as being much more valuable than the average american dollar, meaning the dollar we use everyday is decreasing in value as the euro is increasing in prosperity.
Yeah, compared to the Euro, the value of the American dollar has become insignificant. I've stayed in Frankfurt, Germany for a few days and we burned through our money much faster than we had anticipated. Still, one British pound is around $2 in value. Or at least it was a few years ago.
And by the way - why was my default account creation page in Russian? A bit ironic, I'd say...
This is a sad but true illustration. While America is supposed to be the leading socio-economic power in the modern world, its currency, the dollar, has been depreciating in value when compared to its transatlantic counterpart, the Euro.
Due to inflation, and the economic "recession," of late in America, (if you want to call it that), the world-golden standard for currency, the dollar, is gradually being overtaken by a, stronger and more united than ever, Europe, and EU.

this is very true, and very sad. its so expensive to travel now.
i totally agree. one euro is now equivalent to almost 1.5 dollars.

Even though the Euro is more valuable than the dollar, the original PacMan would still kick the Euro-Man's butt!
The strength of the euro is killing the American tourists with the change of money.

Europe is slowly getting to the next level by taking out all the American money and making it worth less. Europe you better watch out for the ghoests!
I think that the picture doesn't only depict the euro's current strength over the dollar, but the reliance of the european economies on america's
The picture does a good job showing that the euro has so such strength over the dollar. One euro is now equivalent to about 1.5 dollars!!
Yeah its funny how the once mighty dollar is now being devoured by the euro that was once thought to be a crazy method of currency.
